Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. General Information
3DCloud provides digital subscription services. This page explains our refund and cancellation policy in detail.
2. Refunds for Digital Services
Refunds are not provided for 3DCloud subscription services.
Legal basis (Turkish Consumer Law):
Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15(ğ): The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for "services that are instantly performed electronically or intangible goods that are instantly delivered to the consumer."
3DCloud subscriptions are digital services activated instantly after payment approval.
3. Why No Refunds?
- Service is activated at the time of payment
- Instant access to digital resources (storage, processing, API) is provided
- Service is considered used
4. Subscription Period and Renewal
3DCloud offers annual subscription plans only.
Important information:
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew
- Manual renewal is required at the end of the annual period
- Even if you request cancellation during the subscription period, the service remains active until the end of the year
- No partial refund for remaining time
You can track your subscription status from Dashboard > Subscription section.
5. Exceptional Cases
The following cases may be evaluated:
- Service completely unusable due to technical issues
- Double payment (technical error)
- Unauthorized transaction (credit card fraud)
